God im really tired :(

Been so tired like 21 years tired ! My daughter is in heaps of pain so for two nights I've been awake . Tried to sleep today whist kids were at school which is really hard for me and got woken up to my in laws , I just wanna cry I'm so bloody tired and can't seem to get one seconds peace . So I get a bottle of wine to cope everything is to hard and I'm just lost feeling down .

I'm sorry liss.
Can you get some help from your husband or your inlaws?

Hi Liss. I used to feel the same way and I gave sobriety a chance for a change. I definitely feel less tired cause drinking drained me. Now I have been taking a stand. I am trying to learn how to rest and make time. Having children takes everything from us , so we need to juggle with time and rest. Put the bottle down, find some rest and ask for help, and move on. Good luck! We're here for you.

PS: you will be full of life again! As Dee said, detox has to come first.

I know liss, this is way too hard. A sick child and trying to cope and no one gives you any peace? Not fun. But detox will help. A few days away from the madness, and you will see how you can be one of the healthy people on the esplanade.

This will get better hun. All you have to do is believe us, and make sure that you can get to that detox. Let us help you.

I love you,

V xx
