Day eight over...
So day eight is down...feeling good physically. Mentally my mind is playing that dangerous song...of look how great you've done...one night won't hurt...
Drinking at night was always my time of the day...ugh so I'm doing my best to shut that part of my mind up. Going to go through my music library and add some new songs for the old iPod.
I have learned to NOT listen to this voice...as enticing as it may seem...I'm not giving up how good I feel right now. For another hellish morning? Yeah uh no thanks! Whiskey you fiend..stay away I longer want you!
Keep busy. Keep active. One day at a time.
Thanks again soberrecovery for helping me get through another sober day.
Day 9 tomorrow.
