Dr appt.

Had a routine yearly check up today. Blood pressure was 112/68. That's amazing. Sober is better.

I'm on day three clean from 12-14 Vicodin a day. At once. All at once. Just broke down crying at a dance on DWTS. It was the song. Bad back spasm and no sleep but it's not as bad as I thought it would be really. I want myself back.
