One month!
Today makes one month without any alcohol. I am feeling pretty good and have been sleeping better. I am experiencing more vivid dreaming and better memory of them when awakening. I also think I have lost 4-5 pounds.
On Saturday my wife went to visit her sister. My son was on a boy scout campout where he is learning to be a National Youth Leadership Training staffer.
So, I was on my own.
While grilling a steak I have to admit I thought about how good a a glass of wine or 4 would be. I held off though.
On Sunday I spent all day switching components from one bicycle to another. Tonight I will put on the new handlebar tape and I will be finished. Hopefully I can have some time to test ride it soon.

Congrats on a month! I'm coming up on a month myself on Wednesday. I've been feeling really good generally, but today I'm kinda cranky. Meh.
But I'm happy not to have the Monday hangover and self-loathing that usually comes after "Sunday Funday." :-)

Great news, well done on completing your first month, another great thing is that there are one or two good pholks posted who are also at that point, its good to have that contact as I find it helps to achieve further goals together.
Well done again
