4th day is over of my detox. First 2 days were hell with constant chills shakes and heart palpitations. Feel great now though.tiny hand tremors but nothing like the usual everyday hangover. I'm ready, my mind is so focused onto being sober. I know it's not going to be easy but I feel great at the moment. Knowing I can wake up and go to work tomorrow with no hangover and actually remembering how I got into bed or that I didn't **** the bed. Lol. Embarrassing I know, but I'm sure a lot of us have done it. Bring on the better life !!!

Just got out of medical detox yesterday, on day 6 here. We never have to go through it again, if we don't want to. Good job
