hi, I'm on a long road to being back to being myself again. I joined this forum to help others the same way my friends have helped me.
i have a caring loving nature and been told by my dearest friend that i have both love and care in bucket loads. I've been down the dark path and I like to think its time that i helped others.

a short poem i wrote myself a little while back.
Your Hand of Friendship has helped me be here today.
Your Hand of Friendship stretched out and clasped me tight.
Your Hand of Friendship felt soft and strong as it held on.
Your Hand of Friendship stayed with me till i was ready to pull myself to the light.
Your Hand of Friendship i realised was the belief in me.
And now my Hand of Friendship will never let go.
Your Hand of Friendship has helped me be here today.
