Feeling exhausted

Hello.... I am newly sober and sooooooo exhausted. I sleep a lot, but it doesn't seem to help. I know this is normal. Any tips on increasing energy?
I eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water. Heard vitamin B might help??

Also, any other "normal"/weird physical or mental feelings I should look forward to?

Thanks!!!!

It's always a good idea to check with your dr if you're concerned.

I hope you feel better soon.

Vitamin B1, multi-vitamins, healthy diet and lots of water.
That is the advice that they gave me at the center.
You have to purchase the B1 separately (100 mg).
Can be get it at Walgreens or CVS. Hang in there,
it takes time.

When I first quit, I was very tired after I got through all the detox and insomnia.

I made a point to go to bed early and not to overstress myself physically or mentally.
