Strong urge but didn't have a drink

Well both yesterday and this evening there has been opportunity to drink without the kids around. My husband wouldn't have tried hard to discourage me tonight because he is having a drink.

But I haven't and I won't. I've had a bath and will have dinner shortly - then I'm safe for today.

Just re-read Carol Ds tips for cravings - I hope she is right at about two months her cravings left her.

Yeah - I know if I had drunk - the remorse would be so tremendous tomorrow that the day would be a right off - even if I hadn't drunk much.
