If it wasn't for exercise, my meetings, and my best friend
.... I would be so screwed right now. Life is pretty rough currently, but it could be so, so much worse. I have my sobriety (11 months!), I have my kids, I have my job, I have my health.

Good mrg doc
Wow! You were actually counting your blessings & naming em 1 by 1!
Think I'm in same spot too. Nthg flashy is going on around me but @ least have my sobriet(#1foremost), better relationship w/ God, employment & friends in the program that truly love me just to mention a few. Lifted a prayer for you
If I remain thankful, it's hard to complain

Sorry you're not having the best of times at the moment, but you know you have your sobriety to help you through and that's one of the best things you could possibly ask for. Things will get better, man.
