I'm on day 3 sober, and what helps me most (besides this site and lots of orangejuice), is writing down all the bad things about drinking and all the positives of not drinking
And look at the paper once in a while, especially when things are tough. Keep adding new reasons, edit it, but keep the list somewhat short, sharp and powerful
Maybe that can work for you too

A single mum of 4 and I've been drinking too much since my mum died wen I was 18, I always believed it made me fun and confident and got rid of anxiety temporarily!!! Now it's making me a lazy moody mum and I hate myself sooo much!!!!
