Happy Tuesday
Good morning. I am half way through day 24. I'm still sick from my colon infection but happy that I stayed sober. This is not easy but it is worth every minute of it. Every time I want a drink I sit down and remember how bad things were. How I couldn't handle the smallest problem. How my breath smelled from whiskey. How my mouth always had something to say. I don't miss those things.
I'm finding the LADY in this old lady. I haven't been swearing like I was. I don't have to know every thing. I want the peace that comes with sobriety.
I want it to work this time.
