Gratitude prayer

Hello, I was looking on-line for a copy of the
"Gratitude Prayer" when I stumbled on the site. I noticed that someone in the chat room had asked if anyone new the "Gratitude Prayer of AA". Well I have but I stopped saying it often enough to remember it. However, I do know some of it so here goes.

Thank you God for another day
For helping me live in a decent way
Thank you for the joy of living
And the happiness that comes from giving
Teach me to wake to the morning sun
With the prayer 'Thy Will Be Done'
Thank you God for another day
Thank you God for AA

I know this is not all of it and might not even be accurate so if any one can fill in the rest, I would be very grateful ( no pun intended)

I found this:

Thank You, dear God, for another day,
The chance to live in a decent way,
To feel again the joy of living,
And happiness that comes from giving.
Thank You for friends who can understand
And the peace that flows from Your loving hand.
Help me to wake to the morning sun
With the prayer, “Today Thy will be done,”
For with Your help I will find the way.
Thank You again, dear God, for another day.

For Another Day

and this:

Ruth’s Prayer
Thank You, dear God, for another day,
the chance to live in a decent way,
to feel again the joy of living
and happiness that comes from giving.
Thank You for friends who
can understand
and the peace that flows from Your loving
hand.
Help me to wake with the morning sun,
with the prayer today, ‘Thy will be done.’
For with Your help I will find the way.
Thank You again, dear God, for AA

Ruth passed away on April 22, 2012. She was 97 and had just celebrated her 68th A.A. Anniversary on April 14th. She received the gift of sobriety in 1944. (Taken from the April issue of the Silver Dollar newsletter—Fargo, North Dakota.)

That was so quick! I never thought I would get a reply. Thank you so much. I used to say it before going to sleep at night but as time went on I have lapsed. I get complacent because I have not drank for about 14 years. This will help me get back on track.
