4 27 2014 is the first day of my life
Hello everyone,
I'm making an honest go of it this time.
I've been a lurker on the forums for a while now, even before I registered this name.
It's helped at times. Although, I believe making this first post is going to make a world of difference in my recovery.
Binging of beer is my weakness. I can put away a 6pack no problem within a 2 - 3 hour time-frame. I am feeling the negative affects of such.
I'll be seeing someone one on one soon regarding this and for the support of talking me through the triggers and so on. (Counseling)
Anyhow I am looking forward to being the person in control rather than the substance.

Welcome to SR! I was the same way about beer, it was scary how much I could consume... I'm a smallish woman and I have no idea where I put it all!!
