So I have two hours left until I've made it two days. God these first two days are awful. and of course every time you detox they get a little worse.

This morning I still had the shakes. (among other things) They are gone now and my heart rate and blood pressure are back down.

The real pain is in my body. Last night I threw up uncontrollably for quite a long time, so my entire upper body hurts.

I have a new therapist I'm seeing starting tomorrow instead of the free one I was seeing. It's going to cost $30/week, but that's what I spent in alcohol in a day.

Remember the detox when the AV starts trying to sweet talk you. Way to go too.

Oh I usually get more sleep. Nothing fantastic of course, but nothing to compare to last night. :-)
