Day 2

Only slept two and half hours last night. Limbs are still shaking some. That didn't used to happen. This is going to be a rough day for sure It's not as bad as night 1 historically, so maybe today will end up ok.

I'm sorry you had a rough night. I've been through them and hope I never do again. I wish the same for you.
If things turn bad, please seek medical help.

Hang in there and best to you.

Good luck, the lack of sleep and the other effects of quitting is why a lot of people don't stick with it, hang in there and you'll be glad you did.

Hang in there, it will get better. Your body is in hyper-mode but will settle down with time.

Day 4 for me and way better than day2.

Good job on staying sober. What is your plan to make it work this time?

There is an age old line "The same man will drink again." We only have to change one thing.....Everything
