1. I finally have an Al Anon home group
2. A person showed up in that group that I think might be my sponsor
3. That person asked me to speak Sunday - and I said yes
4. I wrote my speech and out came some more Step 4 which was handy though edited out of speech...
5. I let DS in on the one year bday so we went to DQ and got something sweet with sprinkles to celebrate
6. Eating that ice cream made me realize I think I am ready to give up my sugar addiction next Monday.
7. I survived my annual mammogram
8. I got a facial today since I got other body parts smashed
9. RAH took DS and both got their eyes checked. Thankful to have insurance!
10. RAH called this afternoon and he is seeing his primary dr.!

That's awesome, great gratitude list! I really need to get my sugar intake under control as well - I've struggled with that one a LOT lately.
