Now a few friendly suggestions:
a) Dump your booze
b) Call one of the people from your AA meetings, (hopefully you had collected some numbers) and tell them you are in trouble and want to go to a meeting (hopefully someone might even pick you up or meet you there). If you did not follow suggestions previously and never talked to anyone and never collected numbers, call your local intergroup
c) Go to a meeting, raise your hand and tell people at the meeting you are in trouble
d) Get some Gatorade so you can replenish your electrodes and rehydrate
e) If there are no meetings right now in your area, head for the SR chatroom.
