Yoga, throwing clay on a potters wheel, spinning yarn on a spinning wheel or drop spindle, playing with kids, playing with my dogs, growing food, making soup, watching the sun rise and listening to the birds that sing for it, dancing, being in the woods, sleeping outside, laughing hard, being in water...

Examples: walking, meditation, reading, meaningful connection and conversations with others.

Golf and fly fishing. Strangely enough two hobbies that used to be something to do to give me an excuse to start drinking early are now a completely different, substantially more rewarding and peaceful experience completely sober.
Taking my daughter on long walks in her stroller is always a winner too!

Listening and actually enjoying music. Browsing SR SOBER, playing with my two young sons, going to the gym, going on walks, video games , reading (I was an avid reader before I started drinking heavily)
I'm not sure if it counts as an "activity" but sometimes , especially recently as it has warmed up a bit, I find myself just enjoying the breeze at sunset when I'm out in the backyard with my kids. I enjoy the taste of a fresh fountain drink from the gas station up the road. I enjoy being able to run around with my kids with out being out of breath. I enjoy late night trips to Walmart to just buy "whatever"
Alcohol takes so much away. Life honestly is awesome and I'm finding that drinking and being hungover all the time was such a waste. Now it's a slow trek to get back to the "life is awesome etc etc" but it's a hellevu lot easier to do sober than it is drunk. I would rather be sober and trying to appreciate all the little things life has to offer than drunk and just pushing them away cause I'm to focused on feeling like $hit or getting my next drink.
