I found this site by accident.

While on Google looking for AA information yesterday, I found this site. I joined immediately and then went into the chat room where I met some very awesome people. I'm looking forward to joining the meetings and also reading the forums. Thank you to you wonderful people who made me feel so welcomed.

Hi SouthernBelle and welcome, I found SR "by accident" too. I'm not religious but I have to tell you that after 12 months I don't think it was an accident, good karma/the Universe got us here.

Welcome to SR. Did you find what you wanted about AA? You might check out our 12 step forum here.

I can only speak for myself, but posting here has only been a part of my recovery. Without AA I'd still be out there getting F@$%ed up. In my case I don't use SR instead of AA, I use it as a supplement to AA.
