Today is My Birthday!
HI,

Today is my birthday. I have no super exciting plans, but woke up early and am feeling very content. Birds are singing, plants are watered, doggies are fed, bf went to Starbucks and brought home a non-fat cappuccino and a regular coffee (after I down the cap). I am going for a walk in the park and then have a facial and massage later this morning. No obligations the rest of the day. Ahhhh...

Just wanted to share my Zen....
