Mother in law passed away
Hello,
Thanks to everyone who was kind and supportive recently. My mother in law passed away on Saturday, very peacefully, and I am swinging between normality and a really deep sadness. She was such a lovely, kind woman.
Is there a place on here to discuss grief associated with the loss of an alcoholic family member or is here OK?

Ellen, I am so sorry for your loss, and your families loss. I read I think last week the post that you wrote about her, about how wonderful a person she was, and how kind she always was to you. I don't know if you had the time to tell her that, but I think she knew. I think the two of you had something special between you, that words did not need to be spoken.
