Just back in from my boss coming to the house to do my van audit for it's return to the company whilst I'm off sick. They only know about my depression and not my alcoholism.

Surprised at how well I dealt with it however still feeling a bit numb. Not earning any money whilst I'm off so that's a big worry, but I know I have to get better and return to work when the time is right.

Did some more work on the road bike so ready to go for a cycle and get some more excercise. Still to call the doctor to extend my line so will need to do that first. Time has flown by already today which is a good thing. Dogs still need walked but that can wait until later as they're quite happy having a snooze after their lunch.

Writing to you guys is helping and your responses are even more encouraging. Please keep helping me through this guys as without you I don't know where I'd be. I need your support to keep going with this, otherwise I'll keep procrastinating, not get things done and just waist away time which will make me mope and get depressed.
