wine vinegar
What's the consensus on wine vinegar? Doesn't the process of making it into vinegar mean that there's no alcohol left in it?

correct, the alcohol is lost during the fermentation.

Well I use red wine vinegar and I don't see any alcohol content in it. I use it to make my couscous salad. My daughter even double checked to make sure there was no alcohol in it .
