Day 5 Fog

I am in day 5. I feel like I am in a fog. I woke up with a pounding headache, but that has subsided somewhat. I have drank a coffee, and now on to water.
I have meetings at work all day today, so I hope this passes.
Funny, when it was a fog and headache from a hangover, I found a way to push through it. Now that it is due to withdrawal, I am so sensitive to it.
Is this common?

Kim, I've been dealing with this for a couple of weeks. It's getting better though. It's frustrating but give your brain time to rework itself.

It happens to a lot of us. Exercise definitely helps - as does eating right, keeping regular hours, not going overboard on caffeine or nicotine...all that common sense stuff

The fog isn't uncommon.
Vitamins helped me, particularly B complex among others. Keep pushing through it
