What's the plan? Are you working any particular program? What are you doing to make the transition to happily sober after?

Thanks for the welcome. My plan so far is of course to not drink. Its day 2 and my stomach still has a little bit of the rumblies from when I last drank. I am just trying let my body come down and start to rebuild and repair. Trying to stay motivated at work and kind of allow my body to get used to being sober right now. Main motivation is of course health but also to save money.

Work is completley stressing me out. And all i can think about is to drink and go to sleep. I work in collections and i completely hate it. I have no idea what to do.

I think you have to give yourself a little time to adjust Rulon.
I had no idea how to deal with stress either, but life is a pretty steep learning curve.

Can you think of way to minimise your stress?

D
