I planned on once again to stop. And yet I'm here drinking. I know I'm going to feel like crap again tomorrow. I absolutely hate it. What the hell is wrong with me?! I can't blame it on anybody but myself. Ugh .......hopefully I'll check in tomorrow. Going to bed maybe be ok tomorrow.....

can you make any changes to your life that will help you stay sober?

We have all been there - don't think of it as a failure of the whole process, it is just one setback. Since everyone is different it is hard to give good advice, but maybe just try to keep yourself busy during the times when you are weakest.

Drink a bunch of water and wake up remembering how you felt about your drinking tomorrow, hopefully it will help keep you on track.

Hi Jillian. I guess we somehow think there'll be a different outcome when we pick up again. We don't do it to end up feeling miserable - but each time it takes us back to that awful place. Maybe you're ready now. Please don't stop trying - and do check in tomorrow. We care.
