I've tried a number of things. From what was sent to me - all the stuff from the first page etc.
Uninstalled, re-instaalled, modified settings - tried and tried, 2 hours later I still get the perpetual timer icon in the middle of the screen..

I'm at a loss. HELP

windows 7 using mozilla firefox browser 64 bit, I admit it's only a dual core pentium blah-blah-blah..

Can't seem to figure it out.
And yes, I am an anti-nerd when it comes to computers.

if you've gone through the Chat troubleshooter the only other thing to suggest is another browser?
