i blew it

I threw away a month of being sober yesterday. I just blew it. Woke up on the floor. I am going to use it as a lesson. I can not stand the way I am feeling. I wish I could go back in time. I never want to do this again. Thanks for listening

Use it as a learning experience. You made a month before, you can do it again, and then some.

Thank you. I intend to never drink again. It's not fun at all anymore

I stop somewhere I should not have and mindlessly reached into a box of beer and pulled one out. It felt weird drinking the first one. I loved the way my life was without it and I will fight harder from this point on.

Don't beat yourself over it. It's like riding a bicycle, sometimes takes a few falls before you find your balance ;-)

You are better then me my last slip lasted months. I'll stop tomorrow everyday until I was exhausted lying to myself. Only good time to quit is now.

Get back on your bicycle a ride it with pride and dedication ;-)

Hi bad. I did that a few times too. I was slowly learning the truth - it's never going to be fun or relaxing for us. It'll only bring us misery. You know that now - and you'll be stronger.

Sober time can't be undone any more than drunk time. I've awakened on the floor far too many times. Glad you're feeling determined.

You can do this!

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling a little more normal finally. I guess it was a good eye opener. And your exactly right. It is no fun anymore. I have been hungover or drunk most of my life and refuse to live the rest of my the same. I am feeling positive about tomorrow.
