Last day I hope

I joined today because I was looking for help to quit drinking and I really need too. I've dranked for so long, I'm 32 now and can not really recollect the past few years because i was drunk all the time and couldnt stop it. I'm drunk now and not feeling too good about it it has ruined my life and I need to quit. Hello. Sorry for my english it is not very good but i need to try.

Welcome. I'm on my day 2 and it's worth it. When I admitted I had a problem and asked for help, it immediately released a huge bourdon off my chest. You did the right thing coming here.
