It's my birthday...and time for a change
Kind of a milestone, turning 40. I realize I need to start taking care of myself. So today is day 1. Again. I want a healthy mind in a healthy body. Alcohol helps me with neither. Off to buy a huge coffee instead.. Take care all you wonderful people out there.

There is plenty of good living ahead of you.
Forty is a wonderful time to feel in control of your
Sobriety. Have a wonderful day!! And there is no reason you can't have a coffee with ice cream and whipped cream and a cherry on top. Just hold the liqueur. It tastes better that way. And
A whole lot cheaper. I used to make fancy non alcoholic drinks in a special glass to toast myself.
Small things do matter.
