monday.....

Posted for the first time yesterday and just wanted to say good morning and I am still starting my days here. So happy to have found this forum.

I second that. I have in my experiences found a lot of help here. I have had slips, thought I had it beat to fall again but only ever found support here from those who understand

I think you will find it helps. I log in at night as that is when my demons gather voice and this helps quell them
