One Year today!
Just to say I reached the milestone of one year continuously sober today.

I don’t post much — don’t seem to have much of a knack for it — but I do read diligently on SR every day and consider it to be one of the most significant tools in my recovery tool box.

Thank you to everyone whose stories inspire, touch, and even exasperate me at times. Without you, I wouldn’t be here today (and by that I mean “here on Earth” and not just “here on SR”).

To the newcomers who come across this post: take heart! It CAN be done!
