How often a day did/do you think about booze during early stages of sobriety?

Im thinking about it ALL the time!!!

I find myself thinking about it quite a bit, but not in a craving sort of way. I think there is a difference between just thoughts and actual cravings, is that what you mean?
I'm mostly thinking about it in terms of all the stupid stuff I did while hammered (at least those that I remember) and all the energy I applied to getting it, hiding it, sneaking it, lying about it ...

Im thinking about it as in craving for it and then wrestling in my mind, not goona cave in tho

Oh I see. I'm only on day 4 and honestly haven't had any cravings yet. Sorry not much help there, except to say Hang in There! You can do it!
