Sit quietly, close your eyes.
Now think about this.
Which is easier for you?
Continued drinking! Knowing full well the consequence's, the come with it, knowing full well, it never changes. The outcome is always the same, the only difference, the longer you continue, the crazier it gets and the sicker you become.
Not fun is it?
Now the alternative.
CHANGE!!! Don't you think that word would be a lot easier?
I'm not going to lie about this, change can be hard, but it's up
to us to make it easier, stop fighting it. What ever
program you use, USE IT, there's no room
for laziness.
Please make a good choice today.

we weren't put on the earth
to live in misery.
