Have you read Deeker's advice on the 24 hour thread today? I am fairly honest with others, but I suppose I struggle hard when they're honest with me.

My husband has been trying to tell me that I'm too darn negative for years. I just "realized" the pain my negativity causes me this morning, but I didn't connect that with what my husband has been telling me until I read Deeker's post about allowing others to be honest with us.

Yes, I read it too Gleefan. I am always too scared about hurting others feelings and get defensive when people give me feedback about myself - maybe need to desensitize a little bit x
