I need some support and this site is awesome. I've been dealing with a lot of stuff right now. A recent move, an over critical BJ (although he has backed off lately) and some of my family is coming for a visit. YIKES!

I agree with that statement.

Instead of hanging out on SR all day, do yourself a favor and go shopping, get your nails or hair done and then go check out a movie. Sobriety has its rewards too, ya know.

Unfortunately I'm at work, but the brilliance of the internet and phone apps makes SR accessible throughout the day!!

Me too! I need this site now more than ever. I am taking the dog out for a walk but then I will be straight back. Have been to see a friend but that made things worse. Its either here or the pub, and I am NOT going to the pub. I will take the rewards of soberity when I feel strong but right now I am holding up at home with SR. Thanks to everyone for being there.

Yes, this site has really helped me this past week. AND thanks for the support. I can't go to the pub either because I'm tired of drama and total disaster. I will get through to the other side w/out a drink. Contact me anytime.

I did this on my first day sober (haha only on day 3 but hey, One day at a time!) because I was an emotional wreck. Took the day off work, sat on the couch and posted all day. It helped a lot!
