Press deactivate !!!!!

Deactivated my Facebook account and Instagram was hard but not as hard as relapsing! Gotta look after myself and try no outside influence hope it helps me

I did the same with my Facebook account even before I quit drinking about 2 years ago. One of the best things I ever did, I don't miss it (Facebook) at all.

I thank God every day that I never created an account on Facebook, Twitter and what not. I hear horror stories much too often.

I think that was a very intelligent decision on your part. Don't worry you will find plenty of cute cat videos on youtube, lol! And SR is a far more productive use of your free time!!
