One day at a time.
I take one day at a time. When I went into Rehab for the first time that is what I was taught how to live life. Ever since my last Rehab back in June that is how I have been living life, is one day at a time.

Being in the present was a revelation to me...I've applied it now to a lot of areas in my life, not just drinking...
