Any tips on movies/documentaries?

I find it helps to watch films or documentaries about alcoholism. Recently wathced "Flight" and have seen this dreadful documentary "Drugged - high on alcohol" (I think that was the name).
Any other suggestions??

Rain in my Heart is the best one, in my opinion.

It's a 10-part documentary. Here's a link to part 1...

Smashed is the only movie I can think of off the top of my head on the topic of alcoholism. Oh, and Barfly which is pretty good

I recently watched Drugged, High on Alcohol the other week as well. So disturbing, so sad.

I also saw The Spectacular Now, which had some very sad alcoholic undertones. I think the director of this movie also directed Smashed. I haven't watch that one yet though. 28 Days is a good, positive one to me.

Yes I like that one there is also "Only when I laugh" with Marsha Mason. It's sort of comedy/drama, but she is also an alcoholic. I actually caught it the other night on TV.

"Lost In Woonsocket." Saw it in treatment. A documentary. Sad, happy. Thought provoking.

I second 28 days. It's a light comedy but has a good story to it.
