New to the site

The things I do to refrain from drinking is remember what it did to me, what I have lost during the time I was drinking, precious times with my 2 girls. I feel that I can help others in their recovery, I use to say take it one day at a time but if you think about it you have to take steps first, so I now say take it one step at a time.
