Last day of vacation, heading home. I do not want to drink on my last day of vacation. I think this sounds strange but if I can get home w/o having had a drink today it might make me feel like I have a stronger basis at home. I need to make it through the day without drinking. I can do it and I WILL do it but I felt like I needed to post about being anxious and worried about it.

Thus, the best advice I can give is to start moving! Don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself thinking about it. Get up and move! Go for walk. Go workout. Go for a swim. Rent a bicycle or a car and get lost on purpose. Go to a movie if possible. Just start moving!

I felt this yesterday when I did not drink when out to dinner and made it to my first goal of day 7 It's a great feeling of self-control and accomplishment.
