Newcomer
Hello,
I'm very new to sobriety or even moderation. I tend to get involved in something and go for it wholeheartedly which clearly isn't always a good thing!
I've found it tricky to find a decent online resource for talking to others but this forum looks really active and I think that's what I need. I attend a community drug and alcohol program but I would like all the help I can get.
I plan on being very active on this website so, hello!

You have found an EXCELLENT place for support and information, Randummy! SR is populated by people from around the globe, many of whom have years and decades of experience, that are here to help anyway they can.

Glad to hear you are already exploring the various forums here, I think you will find them very useful to help you meet your goals. I'd like to encourage you to lean on us for support BEFORE you make the decision to use or drink again.

The other great thing about SR is.... WE NEVER CLOSE! Glad you are here!
