I got complacent at the weekend and slipped too. I posted with exactly the same title; 'stupid stupid me'
Someone suggested I should change it to 'learning learning me'. Good idea non? As long as we learn from our mistakes, pick ourselves up and try again then we are moving forward towards that goal of sobriety

Don't beat yourself up over this, you know what to do.

Pull yourself up, dust yourself off and get after it again. You'll make it through to sobriety as long as you NEVER give up trying.

It's not about how many times we fall down but how many times we get up.

You are not weak. You will start again tomorrow and tell the AV what for! Weak sits in a corner and never moves, never changes. You went 5 days, the hardest 5 days! So it was a bad day but you are willing to get up and try again the very next day. That is true strength.
