4 weeks today
Today marks 4 weeks of sobriety for me. Biggest challenge for me has been managing my time, I can have NO free time. I try to fill my spare time with something I enjoy and sometimes that really takes some thought. Only thing I thought I enjoyed for the last to many years was drinking beer! I can't give myself time to let my AV get too loud.
Anyhow, just wanted to say "Thank You" to all who post, your stories are what makes the days easier.

"Idle hands are the devil's playground" I've always found. Too much "free" time leads me to boredom which leads me to finding "cures" for that boredom which, in the past, has led me to drink. I hear you about keeping busy. It definitely helps.
