Hi there

Just a quick intro. I am from the UK, where codeine is available OTC. I got myself addicted to a drug that contained codeine and ibuprofen.

I am currently on subutex, but I want off it asap! so I am here for ideas about a taper plan.

Three of my daily doses are supervised, so I cannot do the taper myself, which is quite frustrating!.

We can't give you advice on tapering as we're not doctors or medical professionals. I'd suggest you ask your doctor for a taper plan.
