1 week :)
Yay for 7 days! 
I can usually do a week easily. My past has shown me I can go 2 weeks to a month with no issue then end up drinking one night which ends up 3 or 4 days in a row with no food or anything and feelin like crap for the same 3 or 4 days and starting over again. I may pick up my RR book again. It was a good read. Nonetheless I am excited I have a week today Hope everyone is well.

Well done, you rock, may the weeks turn into months. Don't let your sneaky av trip you up again. I listened to mine after two months last year and totally believed I had it under control. Soon enough a blackout drunk followed. And I came back and am 100 days sober today. My longest.
My av may be sly and vicious but I am bigger, better and smarter than it. You are too!
