Raider day 7 and emotional
Well day 7 draws to a close. Feeling some light cravings. I know it's only
9;45pm but I think it's best to go lay down with a big bottle of water. Very emotional day and have had no time alone,to process. I'm sure the cravings and emotions will subside a bit by tomorrow. Good night guys and thanks.

Raider for me, keeping my head / mind / spirit in the right place is crucial .
After 7 days and the up's and downs you've ridden it seems to me if you keep you head / mind / spirit in the right place you can do it as well .

Hi Raider, hang in there love, we are all here supporting you, grab the line and jump aboard, you'll be safe here, there might be some rough waters occasionally but we are here to unite and weather the storms for the still calm waters that come also.
