Can not stop ingesting stuff

I am very newly sober (although this is not my first time around this block). This time, I just can NOT stop ingesting crap - specifically Red Bull and cigarettes. It is only 12:30 and I am on my 6th Red Bull of the day. I know this must seem like a non-priority issue compared to me drinking every day...but it is really bothering me. Yesterday I think I had 9 Red Bulls! My place is littered with empty Red Bull cans everywhere - it looks ridiculous!

Any advice on how to just be sober from alcohol without constantly having to put cr*p in my mouth?

Why red bull? What are you seeking that can't be met by water, tea or coffee? A buzz?

Yes, a buzz. If I am being completely honest, when I drink Red Bull, it physically gives me this warm burning sensation in my stomach....similar to that of the first drink. Then there is the buzz associated with it...I feel very "up", to say the least.

While it is not ruining my life the way booze has, it seems more than excessive.

Try seltzer water. Carbonation might fill the void a bit.

Otherwise, just say, "No." Since It's not addictive, use some will power.

I am not a doctor, but I would assume that drinking 9 Red Bulls in one day can be extremely dangerous? I would not view this as a harmless thing... I think you should try and address this asap.

I know. I keep googling the harms of Red Bull, but can't find anything conclusive...but yeah, doesn't "sound" good at all when I type it out.
