My AH is lying about going to his therapist once a week. I found out but he is so defensive I'm afraid to confront him.

Sounds like a tough situation. Perhaps there is a way to communicate without confronting?

Hi. My first reaction for you would be to get INVOLVED with Al Anon.
Many alcoholics, when their lips are moving are lying, it's the nature of the beast. Part of the reason is we've practiced it for so long. Did we ever hear an alcoholic say I had about 1/2 liter instead od I only had 1 drink?
