Hi. I've been a lurker for a couple of days. I'm on day 6 (almost a week!) and I'm now feeling the mental fog lifting. I walked through a store this afternoon and actually loved not feeling dizzy and dull. I scared myself silly last weekend and made the decision to stop drinking. Looking forward to making some new friends.

Congrats! I'm on day 6 too, and I had the same experience this afternoon! I did NOT feel dizzy and in a fog running my errands, and it was a real joy knowing it wasn't a fleeting experience til my next hangover.

Day 5 for me and the first day that the fog is starting to lift. It's a huge relief and amazing to be sober
